By integrating gamification elements such as rewards, achievements, and immersive learning experiences, we are looking to keep users motivated and invested in their work and studies.
Our Mission
Nomadz was born out of the shared vision and personal experiences of its two founders. The journey began four years ago where a conversation about the challenges of remote work sparked a revolutionary idea.
The Founder was connecting teams and removing development bottlenecks, and during COVID-19, he saw firsthand how remote workers struggled with communication and productivity. His lifelong interest in video games showed him how virtual spaces kept people connected despite physical isolation.
The Cofounder, with a background in project management, recognized that the working world was shifting towards a hybrid model with less frequent physical office interactions.
. Coupled with the potential of AI to replace up to 50% of jobs within the next decade, they realized a new approach to remote working was needed.
Out of this realization came NomadZ

Afif is the technical backbone of Nomadz, with over a decade of experience in software development, infrastructure management, and game design. His career has spanned top US companies and indie game projects, blending cutting-edge technology with a deep understanding of user needs. Afif's multilingual skills and passion for cultural diversity shape the inclusive ethos of Nomadz.
